With strong backgrounds from leading audit firms and professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountants, ACCA, and finance specialists, we bring deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to every engagement.

Praveen Kumaratunga
Managing Director / CEO
The Founder and CEO of KNPK, with over 15 years of experience in audit, taxation, advisory, and BPO services. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, he has worked with Big4 firms, serving clients both locally and internationally across multiple industries. He is known for his strong leadership, client focused approach, and commitment to building high performing teams and delivering strategic business insights.
Dinuki Chalukya
Director – Audit and Tax
A qualified Chartered Accountant and ACCA member with over a decade of experience in audit, assurance, and taxation. With a strong Big4 background, she has led complex audit engagements across diverse industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards. She brings over seven years of expertise in tax advisory and compliance, with in depth knowledge of Sri Lankan and international tax frameworks. She is known for her precision, integrity, and client focused approach in delivering effective solutions.
Vihangi Yashara
Director - Advisory, Secretarial & BPO
A qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in business advisory, corporate secretarial, and BPO services. She has advised diverse clients on governance, compliance, and business structuring, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. She also oversees end to end BPO operations, including accounting and payroll, and is known for delivering practical, value driven solutions through a strong client focused and efficiency driven approach.
